2.2. Free 30-Day Trial: Your purchase also includes 30 days of free access to the Rebels' Business Tribe, where you can experience live support, challenges, and community resources designed to help you get the most out of the toolkit.

3. Membership Benefits

3.1. Rebels' Business Tribe Access: During your free 30-day trial, you’ll have access to the Nab-A-Client Challenge, where we bring the toolkit to life. You’ll work through the strategies as a group, receive support during live calls, and stay accountable through the community.

3.2. Promotion Pass: As part of the Rebels Business Tribe, you’ll receive a Promotion Pass that allows you to promote yourself and your services within the group, subject to community guidelines.

3.3. Trial Continuation: After the 30-day trial, your membership will automatically continue for The Rebels' Business Tribe for £97 per month, which includes ongoing access to live client-getting challenges, support, and community resources. Unless you cancel. Cancel anytime.

4. Billing and Payments

4.1. Payment Methods: Payments for the toolkit are securely processed via our payment gateway.

4.2. Automatic Membership Charges: After the 30-day free trial, your membership to the Rebels Business Tribe will automatically continue at £97 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. Data Privacy and Usage

5.1. Data Storage: My data will be safely stored and used only in personal communication between Team Rebellious where necessary.

5.2. Data Sharing: My data will never be shared with any third parties.

6. Potential Results

7. Usage of Training Materials

7.1. Self-Use Only: The training materials are for self-use only. I understand that sharing materials and training with anyone outside of this Rebellious Business programme is against our policy and may result in legal action.

8. Conduct within the Community

8.1. Community Expectations: On joining any Rebellious Business programme, I know I'm expected to be kind and supportive to others. Being judgmental or rude within our communities is enough to be removed without refund.

9.1. Programme Delivery: All elements of this programme are delivered entirely online.

10. Access to Support

10.1. Access to Support: You will gain access to Cordelia Kate and Caroline Antonia for hourly group Q&A calls every week.

10.2. First Come First Serve: Support during these calls is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis and is time-dependent.

10.4. WhatsApp Community: The WhatsApp community is not fully managed by the support team; however, it can be used to ask questions and access peer-to-peer support.

10.5. Additional Live Zoom Calls: Additional live Zoom calls are offered regularly for support. These are updated and listed in the events section of the portal. Events may be cancelled for any reason by Team Rebellious.

11. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

11.1. Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of trial purchase. After 30 days, the programme is non-refundable based on the nature of the programme, the support, and the resources you're getting exclusive access to. This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Discretionary Removal from the Group

12.1. Discretionary Removal: It's at Rebellious Business’s discretion to remove you from the group for any reason should she believe it's best for you, the group, or if there's been a conflict of interest/breach of terms.

12.2. No Refunds for Breach: Removal from the group for reasons that breach terms will not result in any refund on payments to date.

13. Cancellation and Refunds

13.2. Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of trial purchase. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

14. Trials and Transition to Paid Membership

14.1. Charge process: Your 30-day trial will transition into a monthly subscription 30 days after purchase of the Nab-A-Client Toolkit, whereby the £97 charge will be automatically completed at 00:00am UK Time.

15. Member Obligations

15.2. Conduct: Members must be kind, courteous, supportive, and respectful, adhering to our inclusion and diversity principles. Failure to comply may result in removal at the team's discretion.
